Here's what's been going on over at Bookworm Readers this past week!
Monday: I posted a fun, summery, camp-inspired interview with Julie Kraut, author of Slept Away.
Tuesday: Double-blogging today! First, I made a post with a new feature I'll be hosting at my blog: Cover Love, where I pick a new cover of a YA or adult book that I love each week! And the fun part: You can do it too! Just remember to post a link back to here! This week's pick was the paperback of Maureen Johnson's Suite Scarlett. Post #2 featured a review of Jet Set by Carrie Karaysov and Jill Kargman!
Wednesday: I posted a different-kind of "Waiting on Wednesday" and wrote about some of the awesome books that are coming out in 2010 that I'm super-excited about (check out this post here)! If you haven't checked out their website already, the Tenners are a super-cool group of authors with debut books releasing in 2010! It's a great site if you're in the mood to drool over some amazing upcoming YA books!
Thursday & Friday: ...Were spent competing at a horse show, which was super-fun and successful!
Saturday: I posted a review for the Sisters Grimm Book 7: The Everafter War by Michael Buckley. I spent most of the morning finishing this one (it's the latest addition of my favorite series), it was so amazing!
Sunday: I posted my weekly "In My Mailbox" post (started by the amazing Story Siren!). Six awesome books this week--yay! I also put in my Amazon order, and I'm really excited for those books to come (it should take about six days)!
Busy week...See you next week! (:
